A dual-purpose New Zealand hop packing big alpha acids and expressive oils. Great for bittering or late additions, Waimea brings bright tangerine, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Bold, fruity, and versatile.

Best in: IPAs, Double IPAs, Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs, Imperial Lagers.

Pairs well with: Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial.
