Q. How long will it take to receive my hops?
A. We ship out of the Oregon Warehouse. It may take up to 2 working days to pick and pack and then your order will be on it's way with the shipping company.
Q. Can I cancel or amend my order?
A. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change your order after it is processed due to the quick fulfillment process. Please contact us urgently on orders@hoprevolution.com and we will try to assist the best we can.
Q. I would like to order more than the shopping cart allows. How do I order more?
A. Please contact us on sales@hoprevolution.com and we can provide a quote including shipping.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. No, the hops are kept in a commercial warehouse and pick ups cannot be arranged.
Q. I would like to order a hop from a specific lot, how do I go about doing this?
