Wai-Iti CY 2024 T90 Hop Pellets

Wai-iti is a low-alpha hop variety that packs a big punch, working well on its own or in combination with other hops to produce a range of delicate to bold beer styles. As a true aroma hop, Wai-iti showcases hints of lime, freshly picked peach, and apricot, with a unique flavor profile that adapts to different brewing stages.

In late additions and dry-hopping, fresh peaches and apricot dominate, while early additions reveal a pleasant, lightly muted citrus character that allows the hop's low co-humulone and high farnesene levels to create a smooth, clean bitterness.

Whether used in single-hopped brews or blended with other hops, Wai-iti is an excellent choice for Lagers and Ales where smooth bitterness, fruity aromas, and flavors are desired.
