We've expertly refined the pick time of our Moutere hops to create a softer, 'Nelson Lite' profile, where the traditional dank notes take a subtle backseat. This high-alpha hop boasts a unique combination of high alpha acidity and low co-humulone content, resulting in a remarkably smooth bitterness.

Moutere's flavor and aroma profile is a symphony of tropical fruit, citrus, and resinous pine notes, culminating in a delightfully rounded character.

With exceptional performance and adaptability Moutere is an excellent choice in Lagers, Pale Ales, and bold IPAs. It also shines in NEIPAs, Wheat beers, Fruited brews and experimental combinations.
