The cryogenic expression of one of New Zealand’s most refreshing hops. Motueka CGX intensifies the variety’s signature “Mojito lime” character - lemon-lime zest, tropical fruit salad, and subtle herbal notes of basil and rosemary. Expect brighter aromatics, concentrated flavor, and smoother bitterness, all with less plant matter in the brewhouse.

Best in: Lagers, Pilsners, Wheat Beers, Pale Ales, Saisons.
